KBN Group holding is a renowned name among Qatar’s Real estate and property sector. The challenge was to create a new branding style which will uphold the tradition while embracing modern approaches.
IT ALL STARTED WITH A PEARL!
We flipped through the pages of time, to go back to what brought Qatar on the map of international trade. The symbol of the pearl is a cherished symbol of our heritage, prosperity and growth.
Hence when we started conceptualizing the identity, we placed the pearl right at the center of it, as a good luck charm and also to pay respect to the humble beginnings of the Qatari community.
THE GATEWAYS TO QATAR
We then incorporated the iconic archways of our architectural heritage that has been adapted by the modern Qatari community as well.
The archways symbolise the gateways for the world, a welcoming gesture for the communities across the borders to come and invest in Qatar and also enjoy our culture, our elevate lifestyles and add to our cultural diversity that we are so proud of.
THE STRENGTH OF FAMILY
We joined the getaways with design elements to symbolise the founding father and the three sons, who have envisioned and brought the company together.
Hence we wanted to pay homage to the strength of the family bonds which lay the founding stones of the company.
The focus of the design is to highlight the united approach, thought flow and outlook that is shared by the four leaders of the company.
The symbol of infinity was meshed into the identity to showcase the infinite opportunities that KBN shall venture into as well as bring to the Qatari community.
It also symbolises the infinite possibilities of growth and success that KBN shall provide to all its partners and stakeholders.
The inspiring entrepreneurial spirit of the founders have been showcased with the sand glass.
The sand of the hour glass has been excluded to highlight the visions of the company that are beyond time.
The element is also included as a reminder for the generations to come that KBN shall always be unique thinker and problem solver and not bound by the restrains of time.
STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS OF GROWTH
KBN holdings shall be a symbol of growth and success with its diversified portfolio.
The universal directions have been incorporated to highlight the willingness of the company to venture into new directions and opportunities as a strategic gamble for growth and success.
A UNITED FRONT
The visual symbol of togetherness is usually synonymous with a round element. Hence we applied the outer shape as a circular one to showcase the united front of the company as well as to showcase all the wide array of opportunities and industries that KBN shall encompass under it’s identity.
